At SCARLET, we understand that travel plans may occasionally change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring fair room availability management.
Direct Website Bookings
Free Cancellation
Reservations made directly through our official website may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival may be subject to a charge equivalent to one night's stay or as per the booking terms selected at the time of reservation.
No-Show Policy
In case of a no-show without prior cancellation, SCARLET reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the first night's booking amount.
Third-Party Reservations
Bookings made through Online Travel Agencies (OTA) including Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, Expedia, EaseMyTrip, or similar platforms shall be governed by the cancellation policy displayed on the respective platform during booking.
Reservation Modifications
Changes to booking dates or guest details are subject to room availability and applicable rate differences.
Exceptional Circumstances
In extraordinary situations such as government restrictions, natural disasters, or unforeseen emergencies, cancellation requests may be reviewed individually at the hotel's discretion.
