Reservations

• All bookings are subject to room availability.
• Advance payment may be required to confirm certain reservations.
• Booking confirmations will be sent via email or phone.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
• Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guest Identification

As per Government of India regulations, every adult guest must present a valid government-issued photo identification at check-in.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation if valid identification is not provided.

Payments

We accept payments through UPI, bank transfer, credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

Applicable taxes shall be charged as per prevailing government regulations.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior throughout their stay. SCARLET reserves the right to refuse service or request departure without refund in cases involving:

• Illegal activities
• Property damage
• Disturbance to other guests
• Violation of hotel policies

Hotel Property

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Repair or replacement charges may apply.

Smoking & Prohibited Activities

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

Possession or use of illegal substances, hazardous materials, or activities prohibited by law is strictly forbidden.

All text, images, logos, graphics, and website content are the exclusive property of SCARLET and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

SCARLET shall not be liable for indirect losses, delays, interruptions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
